      Tea For Cold and Flu     It is especially useful in epidemic influenza.  It is called Boneset tea, “breakbone fever”, Thorough-wort,   or Eupatorium Perfoliatum.     I t is time to prepare some tea i f you are experiencing  bone aches and soreness of flesh .   There are other symptoms indicating that it is time to make a pot of Boneset tea:    You have a high fever     You experience, great thirst     You have chills that alternate with fever    You are worse in the morning    You have hoarseness and cough with sourness in the chest    Periodic attacks of some kind.  No energy every seven days or two weeks    Painful soreness of the eyeballs    Sternal pains especially while coughing       How To Prepare:     Boneset tea is bitter so you will need some honey or your favorite sweetener.  Place the loose leaf tea   in a tea infuser.
